Voices of Support

“My name is Ann. I am aged 42 years. I am a single mother of 7. Timothy is my last born. Apart from being a parent to Global Mind, I am also the cook of the school. I am so happy to see my kitchen being built to a new look. Initially my work was so hard and demanding, working in an open space and in direct sun. I am so excited to find my self working in an enclosure and with modern cooking items and so happy to see what God is doing in the life of our school and Church. We really thank God. God bless our donors .”

“I am Mary Nyambura and a grandmother to Samuel and his other 7 siblings. I am 60 years old. My only child and the mother to them passed on in October while giving birth to her last born. Being jobless and with no education life isn’t easy raising my grandchildren…I am therefore so happy for God to have brought Global Mind school in my neighbourhood. It’s really happy to see my grandchildren getting education and free meals at no cost. I am happy for God using His people to construct a permanent school to our kids. May God bless pastor Augustine and all the donors for the great work done! “

“My name is Samuel Mwangi. I am 13 years old and joining grade 7 next January. I am so happy for the new school that God has given us. Being an orphan, my schooling would be a nightmare if it were not at Global Mind. My mates and I promise to work extra hard to make our teachers and our donors proud. May God bless you all. “

“My name is Sarah, aged 12. I am joining grade 6 next year and the first born in the family of 9 kids. Before joining Global Minds, we had stayed for the whole year without going to school due to finances. My mom heard of Global Minds and when he spoke to pastor Augustine, we were allowed to join school. I am so happy that in January we shall have new classes, new and enough toilets and a new kitchen. God is really great. We are proud to be part and parcel of this great family. God bless all those behind this. “

“My name is Rose and aged 33. I got married at an early age. I am a mother of 9. Sarah is my first born. When I see the new look of our school, I only tell God thanks. I never knew our school will be in this great form. I am beyond words and am so happy that Global Minds provides to our kids good education and balanced diet. Many times the food my kids eat at school remain the only food they have for the day. My prayer is for God to continue blessing all our sponsors .”
